Mercedes-Benz introduced a new iPhone integration kit, allowing Mercedes car owners to access key iPhone functions hassle-free, while driving.

As long as the iPhone is in the cradle, iPod controls are completely integrated with the main nav screen and COMAND controller. Current iPod kit/Media Interface kit owners will be able to upgrade by getting additional adapters which costs 39 EUR ($60). The cradle itself is available for 249 EUR ($385) in Germany. Supported vehicles include Mercedes-Benz C-Class, E-Class, CLK-Class, CLS-Class, S-Class, CL-Class, SL-Class, M-Class and R-Class.
